The Museum's Own Route

The museum sells its own tickets directly at muzeumkrakowa.pl (60 PLN; free on Mondays, sold at the door on the day) and runs its own English-language tours from Tuesday to Sunday, so a guided tour is a choice, not a requirement.

The ticket covers three museums on the Memory Trail - this Factory, the Eagle Pharmacy and Pomorska Street - each visitable within seven days of the date printed on it.
"Skip-the-line" means skipping the ticket queue, not the museum's own entry window: under the museum's 2026 rules the start time is approximate and not guaranteed to the exact minute.
The guided visit runs about 1.5 hours inside the museum; the starting point depends on the option chosen at booking.
The museum is closed on the first Tuesday of every month. Tickets are personalised, so bring a passport or photo ID for every guest.
Inside, the museum asks visitors not to eat, drink, smoke or use flash photography.
